Osun: Adeleke Calls for Unity After Poll Violence

Adeleke made the appeal in a message following his re-election, thanking the people of Osun State for giving him another mandate to lead the state.

The governor described his victory as a collective achievement and said he accepted the renewed mandate with humility and a strong sense of responsibility.

He also remembered those who lost their lives in electoral violence before the election, extending his condolences to their families and loved ones.

Adeleke expressed appreciation to traditional rulers, religious leaders, community leaders, civil servants, pensioners, youths, women, artisans, traders, farmers and other residents for their support.

He urged the people of Osun to move beyond the political contest and focus on the development of the state.

The governor called for healing, unity and cooperation among residents as his administration begins another term.
