Nwachukwu clinched the gold medal in the Women’s Discus F42-44/F61-64 event with an outstanding final throw of **39.66 meters**, exceeding her previous world record by more than three meters.
Her incredible performance secured Nigeria’s victory in the event, with Wales’ Funmi Oduwaiye taking home the silver medal, while fellow Nigerian Bree Cronin earned the bronze.
