Neither side could find the decisive touch in the closing stages.
Josh King almost snatched all three points for Fulham late in the match.
However, Alisson produced an important save to keep out his curling effort.

Liverpool will be disappointed after failing to win another Premier League game at Anfield.
The result also leaves the defending champions struggling to maintain an early title-race pace.
