Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has approved 32 banks, fintech companies, mobile money operators and investment platforms through which members of the public can subscribe for its shares.
The approved channels were published on the refinery’s official Initial Public Offer website as the company prepares to raise capital from Nigerian investors through the sale of ordinary shares.
Dangote Refinery advised prospective investors to use only the platforms listed on its official website and warned against subscribing through unauthorised channels.
The company stated: “Only subscribe through the channels listed on this page. Do not subscribe through any channel not confirmed here.”
